If you need to surrender a dog, you may complete our on-line form or download a text file, paste the information into an e-mail and send it to surrender@njsrn.org. Those who choose to complete the form on-line will receive an automatic confirmation when the form has been submitted to NJSRN. If you do not receive a confirmation after you submit the on-line form, please e-mail the webmaster.

If you have any questions, or if you must surrender your pet within the next 48 hours, please contact our rescue hotline at 732-920-8242. If no one is available when you call, please leave your name, area code, and phone number. We will return your call as quickly as possible.
