SCHNAUZER SITTER (aka NJSRN Foster Home) APPLICATION

This application is an attempt to learn more about you, your family and lifestyle, and the type of dog you would like to Schnauzer Sit on behalf of New Jersey Schnauzer Rescue Network, Inc. (NJSRN).

Please note that NJSRN requires at least two references - preferably a veterinary reference and a personal reference. If no veterinary reference is available, please provide two personal references. Your personal references may include a groomer, pet-sitter, co-worker, friend, neighbor, etc. No relatives, roommates, or significant others, please. Also, please make sure that their contact information is correct and complete.

When you complete and submit the application, the form will automatically be submitted to NJSRN and shared with our members. Please let your references know that we will be calling (likely within the next seven days). Once your application is submitted, you will be redirected to a page where you can download our Schnauzer Sitter Guidelines and Release. Please review both documents and sign and return the release to NJSRN. As soon as we have completed the reference check and receive your signed release, our foster volunteer coordinator will contact you to answer any questions. Once you are approved as an NJSRN foster home volunteer, we will add you to our lists of Schnauzer Sitters and invite you to join our private Schnauzer Sitter group on Facebook. Please note: submission of a foster home application and signed waiver does not guarantee approval as an NJSRN foster home volunteer.
