SCHNAUZER CHAUFFEUR (aka NJSRN Transport) APPLICATION

This application will help New Jersey Schnauzer Rescue Network, Inc. (NJSRN) determine your familiarity with Miniature Schnauzers and your availability to chauffeur our rescued dogs.

Please note that NJSRN requires at least two references, which may include a groomer, pet-sitter, co-worker, friend, neighbor, etc. No relatives, roommates, or significant others, please. Also, please make sure that their contact information is correct and complete.

When you complete and submit the application, the form will automatically be submitted to NJSRN and shared with our members. Please let your references know that we will be calling (likely within the next seven days). We will send you our Schnauzer Chauffeur Guidelines and Waiver. Please review both documents and return the signed waiver to NJSRN. As soon as we have completed the reference check and receive your signed waiver, our transport volunteer coordinator will contact you. Once you are approved as an NJSRN transport volunteer, we will add you to our list of Schnauzer Chauffeurs. As we’re working to get dogs into our rescue program, to get them vetted, to move them to a new foster home, or to get them to their permanent home, we contact Schnauzer Chauffeurs in the areas in which we need help. Please note: submission of a transport application and signed waiver does not guarantee approval as an NJSRN transport volunteer.
